This November, Bertsch & Boze Elder Law is celebrating the season of gratitude by giving back to our community. We will select an individual or family experiencing financial hardship to receive up to $2,500 in pro bono elder law or estate planning services from our firm.
We invite our clients, friends, and newsletter readers to nominate someone who could benefit from our help but would not otherwise be able to afford legal services. As a reminder, “pro bono” means legal services provided without charge to someone who lacks the financial resources to hire an attorney. This program is intended for people experiencing real financial need- not simply someone who would appreciate receiving free legal services. We ask that you please keep that purpose in mind when considering a nomination.
To submit a nomination, simply email us (staff@assistingseniors.com) with the nominee’s name, contact information, and a brief explanation of their circumstances and how our services could help.
We will review the nominations and select the recipient in November as part of our “Giving Thanks” initiative. Whether someone needs help putting an estate plan in place, navigating a long-term care issue, or addressing another matter within our firm’s areas of practice, we hope this small effort can make a meaningful difference for members of our community who need it most.
